So, i'm at my mumma's place (after a quick shop at spotlight to get some christmas inspired fabric) and she says to me "you have to check out this guy on Etsy... his name is Astronuts" I've just lost my mind on this guy! He is one of a kind AMAZING!

WE LOVE CHRISTMAS!

Like as in seriously, honest to goodness, life is not worth living (ok maybe that's a bit extreme) love Christmas!

So to celebrate this love we're doing a give away a week until the fat man in the red suit's big day!

Lots has Changed! - And we love change!

Good Morning!

Monkeys in the Kitchen has staged a not-so-hostile takeover of "Little Darling". So the Kitchen Welcomes Monkey #2 Alexandra!  So that makes us Monkeys three - Madi, Alex and the delighful Miss Milli (who is more of a muse than a sewer at 14 months).

We've admitedly neglected our Blog - instagram and facebook just seem to be a much more convenient form of communication these days. But going forward i promise to pay more attention to you dear Blog.

This week the kitchen has been abuzz with activity, preparing for the Augathella hospital Fete next weekend. Auga-where?!?! you may be asking?

Augathella - Population 500 (approx), a beautiful little town about 10 hours west of the not so sunny Sunshine Coast and about 1 hours North of Charleville. Home to the lovely Monkey #2's inlaws.

We're very excited about this little adventure and we're sure the monkeys and all our other goodies will find some great homes out there.

So what have we been working on lately? Well, Monkey #1 and #3 have been busy getting inspired;

We're a bit in love with anything Nautical - our newset addition to the range is "Shine a "Little Lighthouse Light on Me"

I Want Candy - Pirate Baby, Candy Skull inspired Tank

Milli and Calliope

Off to the hills we go!

Packed the RR full of goodies for young and old (but still young at heart) for a BBQ lunch with some dear friends :).

The monkeys have been busy busy this week, with excursions to LuLu's house, playdates with our Antenatal group, beach trips and to cap it all off a big trip to G.G's(Great Grandparent's) house. It's amazing we managed to fit in any sewing!

We did manage to get this beauty completed for a very lucky birthday girl - we call her Wallpaper Hootie, because of her striped wings.

Hrmm - looks like I was a bit ambitious. I can't work out how to load the piccie from my iPhone. So we'll just have to wait until we get home this afternoon.
